The New Talent Model

 
According to a year-long comparative research project, Spotlight Michigan and its report, "Evolve: Talent in the New Economy", Michigan State University students who were surveyed uncovered what young and talented individuals are looking for in a community. Students are looking for first and foremost, a job. Almost half of the surveyed students are interested in starting their own business and the largest influence for students to start a business is having a supportive entrepreneurial network followed by student loan forgiveness.
