Lean Healthcare Applied

Lean Healthcare Applied is a project-based workshop intended for attendees of the previous Lean Healthcare course.  Attendees are expected to identify and select work-related projects which will be completed throughout the duration of this workshop.  These projects should be substantial in scope and expected to improve one of the organizations "regularly performed activities." This applied workshop will be conducted over a period of time which would permit the proper execution of projects and sustainability of projects for the organization.

Training Dates:

This class will be offered every other Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the following dates:  Feb 23, March 8 & 22, April 5 & 19 and May 3, 2012
