Please plan to attend the Capital Healthcare and Employment Council's annual Conversation Café. 

This is perhaps the most important meeting of the year as your input steers the upcoming services and activities of the healthcare council. Luncheons guests will participate in a series of small round table discussions to explore the following questions:

• What topics would you like to see addressed by CHEC through membership luncheons, committees, or special events?

• What types of opportunities would you like to see available in order to get you and your staff more engaged in CHEC activities and the use of the Website?

• What challenges do healthcare providers face that deters them from participating in school partnerships and programming such as intern/externships, mentoring, guest speakers, employment opportunities?

• What efforts does your organization need to make or plan for in order to prepare for future growth, organization changes, or industry changes?

• What are the skill gaps found in individuals that are new to the healthcare workforce?

Your input is critical.  We need to hear from you in order to ensure that our luncheon speakers, professional development classes, scholarship programs and special events are responsive to your needs.  Your answers will determine our services!  This will be a very paced, active meeting.  Please plan to arrive on time and get down to business!
