Can Your Organization Benefit from LEAN?

The Capital Healthcare and Employment Council is offering interested companies the opportunity to apply for a LEAN Healthcare scholarship!  Applications will be distributed at the luncheon. 

Participating organizations will be able to send a team of employees from their organization to LEAN Healthcare a Road Map for Excellence:   This is an activity based 24-hour workshop to learn and apply LEAN in a healthcare setting.  Attendees will prepare themselves to serve as facilitators, coaches and subject matter resources for problem solving, waste elimination and continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.  It will be conducted in 4-hour sessions that meet weekly enabling attendees to apply what was learned to an actual work related project.   Find more detail about this workshop on the Event Calendar.
