The Capital Healthcare and Employment Council (CHEC) is committed to preparing future healthcare professionals for the numerous opportunities in the healthcare industry.  CHEC supports the Capital Area Healthcare and Educational Partnership (CAHEP) in it's commitment to expose and guide student with and interest and aptitude for healthcare careers.  

Capital Area Healthcare and Educational Partnership (CAHEP) is:

• A collaborative effort between the public education community and area healthcare providers to prepare high school students to become future healthcare employees.
• Open to junior and seniors from Eaton, Ingham and Clinton counties.
• Offer classrooms that are located off site and the students are exposed to learning opportunities at extended care facilities as well as Ingham and Sparrow hospitals.

CAHEP students need our help provide them with the necessary skills to obtain an internship or employment in the healthcare field.  

As a CHEC member, we would like to invite you to assist in preparing these students for entry into healthcare employment and continued education. 

Please serve as a Guest speaker to teach these students how to NETWORK.
