To provide a venue for communication and collaboration among capital area healthcare organizations, educators and partners to capture the most useful, effective and innovative workforce development tools to support high quality healthcare

To become the “go to” resource for healthcare workforce solutions in the capital area.
Vivid Description
CHEC will work to include council members in the analysis of developmental needs of the members, the creation of tools for this use, and the dispersion and implementation of best and promising practices. We will work to obtain focus and attention on the gains made for healthcare providers and the general public. CHEC will create a network of healthcare stakeholders, educators and partners in mid-Michigan for the purpose of communication, collaboration, and referral in the community. We will create an atmosphere of collective effort for the common goal of developing human capital to establish the capital area as a leader in healthcare.
